O zestawie LARGE SCALE TITANIC MODEL KIT (65CM LONG)

Recreate one of the most recognisable ocean liners in maritime history with Sluban set M38-B0577, the Large Scale Titanic Model Kit. With 1,012 building bricks and an impressive finished length of approximately 65 cm, this display-focused set gives builders a substantial project with plenty of presence on a shelf, desk, or collector’s cabinet.

The model captures the ship’s unmistakable liner profile through its long hull, tiered superstructure, multiple funnels, and classic early-20th-century ocean-going silhouette. Its large scale allows the overall form to be appreciated from across a room while still offering an engaging construction experience up close. Assembly is required, making this a rewarding project for builders who enjoy gradually transforming individual pieces into a historic ship model.

Designed for ages 8 and up, M38-B0577 is well suited to family building sessions, maritime enthusiasts, model collectors, and anyone drawn to iconic transport subjects. The 1,012-piece format provides a satisfying balance of detail and accessibility, while the completed 65 cm length makes the finished model a true centrepiece rather than a small ornament. Sluban compatible construction bricks also make it easy to display alongside other compatible building-brick creations in a growing collection.

Whether presented as a conversation piece or built as a memorable hands-on project, this large-scale Titanic model brings classic ocean-liner design to life in brick form. It is a striking choice for collectors who appreciate famous vessels, ambitious display models, and construction sets with a strong sense of occasion.

Tło historyczne

RMS Titanic was a British Olympic-class passenger liner operated by the White Star Line. Built by Harland and Wolff in Belfast, she was designed for transatlantic service between Europe and North America and represented the scale, comfort, and engineering ambition of the great ocean liners of the early 20th century.

Titanic began her maiden voyage from Southampton on 10 April 1912, travelling via Cherbourg and Queenstown toward New York. On the night of 14 April, she struck an iceberg in the North Atlantic and sank during the early hours of 15 April. More than 1,500 people lost their lives, and the disaster became one of the most closely remembered events in maritime history.

Today, Titanic remains an enduring subject for historians, maritime enthusiasts, and model builders. Her distinctive long hull, prominent superstructure, and four-funnel profile make her especially recognisable, while her story continues to reflect both the ambition of the liner age and the importance of safety at sea.
