The Gounod Memorial

Sluban The Gounod Memorial (M38-B0229) brings a compact civic landmark to your town display. With approximately 95 pieces, this approachable building-brick set is designed around the character of a memorial scene, adding a touch of culture and visual interest to streets, plazas, parks, and other community settings in a Sluban collection.

The set’s modest size makes it an inviting project for younger builders aged 6 and up, while also giving collectors an easy way to expand a town layout without requiring a large footprint. Its memorial theme offers a welcome change from purely residential or commercial buildings, helping create a more varied setting with recognizable public spaces and a sense of place.

M38-B0229 is well suited to hands-on construction, imaginative town planning, and shelf display. Build it as a standalone landmark or place it among compatible construction bricks to form part of a broader civic district. The 95-piece format keeps the project accessible and manageable, making it suitable for shared building time, introductory collections, and creative play centered on arranging and redesigning a growing town.

Whether you are collecting Sluban town sets, looking for a thoughtful gift for a young builder, or adding a distinctive public feature to an existing layout, The Gounod Memorial offers a compact and characterful addition. Recommended for ages 6+, it combines an accessible build with the display appeal of a named landmark, allowing each builder to give their town a little more atmosphere and identity.
